A relief valve 9A is composed of a valve tube 33, a valve seat tube 35, a valve element 36, and a lid body 39, etc., as a cartridge type, to fittedly engage the base end side of the tube 33 into the fittedly engaged hole 39F of the body 39, and also the tube 35 and element 36 are preassembled on the tip side of the tube 33. The body 39 is composed of a barrel part 39B having a male screw 39A on the outer peripheral side, a nearly disklike head part 39D positioned on the upper end side of the part 39B and formed into a large diameter than that of the part 39B, and the outer peripheral side is adopted as an annular collar part 39C engagedly mounted on a seat surface 32, and an engaged recess 39E composed of a bottomed hexagon socket formed on the center part side of the part 39D, and the like, as a short size collar- attached plug.
