To provide an indicating device for residual capacity of battery pack which can accurately indicate the residual capacity of a battery.

The indicating device 100 for residual capacity of the battery pack 1 is equipped with: a cell voltage detecting part 74, which detects cell voltage Vcn of each cell 11n constituting the battery pack 1; a voltage sensor 73, which detects the total voltage Vt of the battery pack 1; and a CPU 4, which compares a second SOC which each cell 11n can discharge up to the arrival at final discharge voltage with a fourth SOC, which the battery pack 1 can discharge up until the arrival at a minimum guaranteed output exertion final voltage, and calculates the residual capacity of the battery pack 1, on the basis of the SOC showing a smaller value.
