Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject remedy for asthma containing 4-ethyl-2- hydroxyimino-5-nitro-3-hexenamide as the active component and having a musculus trachealis relaxation effect.
CONSTITUTION: A compound of the formula, especially (±)-(E)-4-ethyl-2-[(E)- hydroxyimino]-5-nitro-3-hexenamide used as a vasodilator, an anti-thromogenic agent, etc., is mixed as the active component.
