Abstract:
PURPOSE: A remedy and preventive for digestive ulcer comprising coenzyme Q as an active ingredient, administrable continously for a long time free from side effects.
CONSTITUTION: A remedy and preventive comprising a coenzyme shown by the formula (n is 9W11) as an active ingredient. Ubidecarenone; chemical name (2,3-dimethoxy-5-methyl-6-decaprenylbenzoquinone), the compound shown by the formula wherein n is 10 is most widely used. For example, it is pharmaceutically manufactured into powder, tablet, injection, suppository, buccal tablet, etc. for use. The dosage per adult is daily about 5W1,000mg. The coenzyme Q shown by the formula is an extremely safe medicine, and continuously administrable as a remedy and prevent for digestive ulcer.
