Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a foorwear material easily by remolding, by a method wherein a foam-molded article is heated, then it is pressed in a mold and is cooled.
CONSTITUTION: The foam-molded article is heated by a microwave heating system or a neon far-infrared heating system or sufficiently heating the internal part of the article rather than its surfaces, and is immediately, pressed in the mold for press molding, followed by cooling. Accordingly, a remolded article having a desired shape is obtained easily and securely.
