To solve such a problem that prevention of leakage of a password requires changing the password frequently, which is bothersome and practically difficult.
By a computer on a remote-accessed site, an encrypted access code is stored in a portable nonvolatile memory. As a user actually carries the nonvolatile memory and mounts it to a computer on a remote-accessing side, the remote access is permitted between the remote-accessed side and the remote-accessing side.
