PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely execute a conference at a remote place by automatically enabling storing of file data on the basis of a conference data or the other party of the conference and relation to each other and making a storing operation and a taking out operation of the file data later simply executed by inputs only of the conference data and the other party of that conference.
SOLUTION: This system is a computer having processing functions of a start-up processing part 1, a connection processing part 2, a data communication processing part 3, a host application part 4, data accumulation processing part 5 and a storage file 6 and automatically constructs a directory tree on the basis of information on a conference data and a name of the other party of the conference and automatically stores file data by a communication conference in a file at a fixed position. In this case, information on the name of the other party is decided at the beginning of the conference and inputted and the date and the name of the other party of the conference are inputted after storage and a necessary file is drawn out.
