The remote control device 2 includes an operation part 14, a control part 13, a signal transmission part 17, a battery part 19, a remote controller side connector part 18, and a power source shut-off part 21. The remote controller holder 1 includes: a holder side signal amplification transmission part 26 having a holder side light emitting part 4; a power source part 28; and a holder side connector part 11. When the remote control device 2 is fitted to the remote controller holder 1, the control part 13 shuts off electric power supply from the battery part 19 to the signal transmission part 17, and a transmission signal transmitted from the control part 13 is amplified by the holder side signal amplification transmission part 26 and is transmitted to the external apparatus.
