Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve security characteristics by changing secret number values every time in a remote control device for a keyless entry system of automobile or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A main body device 3 which has recieved start-up signal transmitted from a portable device 2 mannually operated transmits numerical signals of numeral generating means 21 varying every time. When the device 2 generates one of secret numbers preliminarily set according to numeral signals received and transmits it to the main body device 3, and the main body device 3 judges the correspondence between the secret numeral generated by itself and the secret number.
