A transmitter 1 comprises switches 2, 3, a microcomputer 4, a transmitting circuit 5 and the like, and it transmits and controls a feeble wave of ID code and instruction code through a transmitting antenna 6. A receiver 7 comprises a receiving circuit 9, a microcomputer 10 and the like, and it is connected to the lock/unlock control circuits 11-14 of a door, an audio control circuit 16 and the like. The audio control circuit 16 is constituted in such a manner as to set a CD and the like in the regenerating state for a prescribed time, when the control signal from the microcomputer 10 is received, to generate music and the like from a speaker 17. When a code data is received, the microcomputer 10 outputs the control signal to the lock/unlock control circuits 11-14 and the like, and then outputs the control signal to the audio device 16. According to this, an execution by remote control can be confirmed regardless of the position of a user.
