PURPOSE: To raise the efficiency of cleaning waterways by a method in which an adsorptive impeller and a rotary main brush are each attached to separate rotary shafts, and a rotary side brush for cleaning corners and a guide tire for guiding the wall faces are also provided.
CONSTITUTION: A remote control type waterway cleaner is made up of an adsorptive impeller 2 for faces to be cleaned, a rotary main brush 4, a rotary side brush 6, and a guide tire 8. An engine 13a is actuated, a high-pressure oil is sent into an input chamber 12, and a cleaner S is adsorbed on the wall face through the impeller 2. While watching a television monitor 15a, an operating lever 15d and a reel control valve 16 are operated to supply or discharge the high-pressure oil into or from the motors 5 and 7 of the wheel 1 and each brush and the impeller 2 for cleaning all sides of a waterway, and also the corners are cleaned by the side brush 6 under the smooth guidance of the guide tire 8.
