PURPOSE: To make improvements in safety by forcing the closing operation of an on-off mechanism into an emergency stop at a time when any pinching of foreign substances is detected during operation of this on-off mechanism of an opening part.

CONSTITUTION: When a lock button 30 is pushed one time, an identification code and a lock command signal are emitted out of a transmitter 2, and a receiver 4 receives them and when the ID code is collated and checked, a lock signal SL is transmitted to an electronic control unit 6. Subsequently, a driving signal DL is fed to a door lock motor 10 from this ECU 6, locking the auto door lock of all doors. Then, after the reception of an auto door lock operating signal, when a span of specified time is continued and an operating command signal is inputted thereinto, an on-off mechanism of an opening part formed in a vehicle is operated by the operating sommand signal out of a control unit, but when a fact that this on-off mechanism has pinched foreign substances is detected, at least its closing operation of this on-off mechanism is stopped by an emergency stopping means on the basis of this detection signal.
