A voice transmitter 100 is composed so that a voice signal outputted from a television receiver 1 is modulated by an FM modulation part 3, and the modulated voice signal is transmitted from an infrared light-emitting diode 8 as an infrared signal. The remote control body 102 is composed so that the infrared signal transmitted from the voice transmitter 100 is received by an infrared phototransistor 9, the received infrared signal is demodulated by an FM demodulation part 15, the voice signal obtained by the demodulation is amplified with an amplifier 11, the amplified voice signal is inputted to the bone-conduction speaker 12, the bone-conduction speaker 12 is driven by the input of the amplified voice signal, and consequently, the voice is transmitted to user's hearing organs with bone conduction.
