Title:
REMOTE-CONTROLLED PRECISION ASSEMBLING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0699319
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a small-sized container, reduce the amount of gas emission out of the wall surface of the container, and enhance the freedom of design for optical systems other than a mirror block as well as to enable highly accurate assembling by setting the optical systems other than the mirror block in the outside of the container.

CONSTITUTION: A mirror block 2 in which a total reflection mirror and a beam splitter are combined with each other in parallel in such a way that they can be remotely controlled, is disposed over the extension of a pressing shaft 3 within a container 15 Next, the image of an object 4 is recognized so as to be aligned in position where the object is reflected to the mirror block 2 by the use of an image forming optical system 7 and a video camera 8 which are set in the outside of the container 1. The mirror block 2 is evacuated from the extension of the pressing shaft 3 using a remote control system thereafter, and an upper specimen 4 is moved using the pressing shaft 3 so as to be spliced to a lower specimen 6.
