When a transmitting signal of a remote transmitter 38 is received by a main remote receiving part 9 which is arranged in a main room 1, i.e., when remote control is operated in the room 1, the same function as an operation panel 11 is commanded with no functions of this operation restrained. When a transmitted signal of the transmitter 38 is received by a sub remote receiving part 62 which is arranged in a sub room 61, i.e., when remote control is operated in the room 61, its functions are restrained, so that audio-visual inconveniences in the room 1 does not occur. However, inputs of sound and image signals are selected, so that sound and images are heard and seen in the room 62, independently of the room 1.
