Abstract:
To provide a remote driving system that suppresses an amount of communication while suppressing deterioration of operability related to a remote control.SOLUTION: A remote driving system (1) remotely drives a target vehicle (20). The remote driving system includes: acquisition means (26) for acquiring operation information related to operation of a steering wheel by a user who remotely drives the target vehicle; and control means (27) for controlling resolution and frame rate for each of a plurality of cameras (21L, 21C, 21R) mounted on the target vehicle according to the operation information. If the amount of steering wheel operation is relatively small, at least one of the resolution and frame rate of the camera that captures an area ahead of the target vehicle in the traveling direction is maintained or improved. If the steering wheel is rotated to one side to the left or right and the amount of steering wheel operation is relatively large, at least one of the resolution and frame rate of the camera that captures an area on one of the left and right sides of the target vehicle is maintained or improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
