To evaluate and analyze learning results by each individual and to manage the information on these education results by each individual by providing the evaluation data meeting the learning data provided by users, evaluating the learning results of the users, analyzing the evaluation results to the evaluation data and providing learning orientation.

A control section 32 is inputted with the user information impressed from an Internet host through a network juncture 31 and controls respective devices so as to execute remote education. A remote education execution section 33 executes a remote education program to provides the users connected thereto through the Internet with the learning data, to provide the users with the evaluation data complying with the provided learning data and to analyze the learned results. A data base management section 34 manages a data base 35 to the learning contents to be executed in the remote education execution section 33. The data base 35 stores a variety of the data to the learning contents, i.e., learning data, evaluation data, etc. The remote education execution section 33 is interlocked to the data base management section 34.
