A telephone signal outputted by a wireless telephone device or wireline telephone device is received by a receiving telephone, the received signal is converted to an electric signal by a signal converting mechanism and amplified by a control mechanism, or the received signal is directly amplified by the control mechanism, and an ignition device is actuated by the electric signal through the control mechanism to ignite a candle combustion wick. For the remote ignition device, an illumination controlling mechanism and an audio/video image controlling mechanism separately provided as needed are actuated by the control mechanism.
