To provide a remote maintenance system capable of guaranteeing the security of a facility and allowing a device maker or a system integrator to inexpensively perform remote maintenance.
A maintenance computer and a mediating computer connected with a facility to be maintained are connected on a network, and access passages to the facility are integrated into the mediating computer so that a remote maintenance system can be constituted.
