Abstract:
A remote management system (1) of an air conditioner (10a) has an adaptor (20a), a router (40), a remote management server (30), and an initial setting tool (60). The adaptor (20a) connects the air conditioner (10a) to a LAN (5a). The remote management server (30) sends air conditioning management data to the air conditioner (10a) via the Internet (10) to remotely control the air conditioner (10a). The initial setting tool (60) sets, in the router (40), information (41a) on address conversion definition. The address conversion definition information (41a) is information for converting between the address (WAa) of the adaptor (20a) on the Internet (6) and the address (LAa) of the adaptor (20a) on the LAN (5a). The router (40) sends air conditioning management data from the remote management server (30) to the adaptor (20a) based on the address conversion definition information (41a).
