Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with which an immediate reception and immediate processing of all announced data is performed at a monitoring center when the announced data are simultaneously transmitted from plural pieces of terminal equipment installed in the same monitor zone and/or in plural adjacent monitor zones at the time of wide area disaster generation.
SOLUTION: This device is composed of plural pieces of terminal equipment 11(1)-1n(q) respectively installed in plural monitor zones 11-1n and a monitor center 2 connected through communication lines to the terminal equipment 11(1)-1n(q). The monitor center 2 is provided with a receiver 6 for receiving the announce data of terminal equipment 11(1)-1n(q) and a processor 7 for processing the announce data and generating announce information. The receiver 6 is divided into plural reception blocks 6(1)-6(r) and when respectively allocating and registering the terminal equipment 11(1)-1n(q) to the reception blocks 6(1)-6(r), the processor 7 performs allocation and registration averaged by monitor zones 13-1n and amounts.
