Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the remote monitoring system and method of high temperature parts capable of performing highly precise remote monitoring. SOLUTION: In this remote monitoring system of high temperature parts having sensors 10a-10h for detecting the operating states of parts constituting a facility or equipment to be monitored, an operation monitoring device 11 for monitoring the operating state of the facility or equipment, and an analyzing server 16 including a knowledge base 18 for remotely diagnosing the damaged states of the parts based on information from the sensors 10a-10h and the operation monitoring device 11 and a database 17 related with the damages, the analyzing server 16 placed in a remote place away from the parts performs fault tree analysis retrievable for each parts and damage mode based on the diagnostic result if necessary, and monitors factors related with the damages of the parts.
