PURPOSE: To give an operation guidance corresponding to the operation knowledge of a customer and give any customer an easy-to-understand operation guidance by calling a center terminal once operation guidance request operation is performed on a remote customer operation terminal, and guiding how to operate by an operator at the center terminal through a voice and images.
CONSTITUTION: The center terminal 12 is provided with a center speaker 204 which outputs voices from video cameras 106 of ATMs 11a-11n and a center video camera 206 which acquires an image and the voice of the operator on the center terminal side. The CPU 203 of the center terminal 12 sends operation contents, inputted by the operator through the keyboard 201 of the center terminal 12, to an ATM having made a substitute operation request from the ATM among 11a-11n, and displays them on the touch panel 101. On the basis of a confirmation response from the ATM to substitute operation, the contents of the substitute operation are decided as effective operation to perform processing corresponding to the effective operation.
