Concerning this remote power source control method, in a power source control group 1, the power sources of agents 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are turned on while being interlocked with the activation of a manager 2. Similarly, the power sources of agents 10, 11 and 12 are turned on while being interlocked with the activation of an intermediate manager 8 (agent 7 and manager 9) in a power source control group 13. Besides, at the time of system end, the systems of the agents 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are stopped while being interlocked with the system end of the manager 2 as well. Similarly, the systems of the agents 10, 11 and 12 are stopped while being interlocked with the system end of the intermediate manager 8 (agent 7 and manager 9) in the power source control group 13.
