CONSTITUTION: The automatic direction control of the television camera 4 is executed by a remote control part 3 so as to automatically photograph the abnormal place for the detection of the abnormality of various sensors 11-1n in a supervisory area, and information on the occurrence of abnormality and the video signal are exchanged and transmitted to a supervisory room-side. The supervisory room-side is caused to automatically give an alarm, to display the picture of the abnormal place and to display the related picture. The supervisory room-side executes the automatic operation of the television camera 4 by the instruction of the oscillation and zoom of the television camera 4. Thus, the conditions by a supervisor securely and easily is grasped by automatically displaying information related to the abnormal place.
