Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain supervision of video image in following to movement of a truck without detecting the position of the truck when a video image of a wide area is supervised.
CONSTITUTION: An ITV camera 2 mounted on a truck 1 picks up an image of a monitored area sequentially and uses a light emitting device 3 to convert the video signal into an optical signal and sent to ground devices 21a to 21n. The optical signal sent from the light emitting device 3 is received by a receiver 22 at an opposite position. The receiver 22 converts the received optical signal into an electric signal and outputs it to a modulator 23. The modulator 23 converts the video signal into a high frequency signal with a different frequency allocated in advance and outputs it to a supervisory room equipment 30. The supervisory room equipment 30 detects a channel including the video signal from a channel control section 33 and decides a reception channel for a demodulator 31 based on the result of detection and the video signal demodulated by the demodulator 31 is displayed on a monitor TV 23.
