Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote support method and device and a remote support program for an excavation jacking method, and a recording medium recording the program, for remotely controlling the operation of an excavating jacking machine from an operation support center in such a way that support from a skilled operator is requested efficiently only at the time of trouble.
SOLUTION: Drive control information for driving the excavating jacking machine is transmitted from a device in the operation support center to a device at a construction site in accordance with design track information. The device at the construction site controls excavating and jacking operation and compares the actual track of excavation and jacking with a predetermined design track; in an abnormality, the actual excavation and jacking information is transmitted to the device in the center, which in turn checks it against predetermined excavation and jacking information to determine if trouble has occurred; if there is no trouble, a desired control value and a control method, selected by determining the cause of the error, are transmitted to the device at the construction site to remotely control the operation; if trouble has occurred, remote control by a skilled operator is effected.
