Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-peelable adhesive sheet or process which can contribute to effective formation of various fine patterns onto a substrate through a patterning method including a light exposure process by irradiation of ultraviolet, can conduct a re-laminating operation at an ordinary temperature to an adherend consisting of a single-sided laminate on which a pattern formation layer is formed whole, is good to hold the adherend, surely adheres to the adherend during processing or transportation under a heating condition (for example 60°C) and is easy to be detached from the adherend even after a treatment under a high temperature condition (for example 150°C for 1 hour).SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet has adhesive layers on one surface and another surface of the substrate film respectively. The adhesive layers have initial peel force at 23°C of 0.05 (N/25 mm) or more, peel force during heating at 60°C of 0.05 (N/25 mm) or more, peel force after heating at an ordinary temperature after heating at 150°C for 1 hour of 0.7 (N/25 mm) or less and ultraviolet shielding rate of 90% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
