Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable ink device which can solve defects of conventional technologies and is provided with a doctor blade with an extremely lightweight chamber.
SOLUTION: A removable ink device has a doctor blade 9 with a chamber and the doctor blade 9 with a chamber is provided with a main body 25 made of a lightweight metal material and a tube 26 is connected with one end of the main body 25 and a tube 40 is connected with another end, and the tube 40 is placed on seals 38 and 39 fixed on a lever-shaped supporting bodies 13 and 14 and the doctor blade 9 with a chamber is handled by means of a manipulator and is delivered to an automatic cleaning device or to a device wherein adhesion and peeling of adhesion of the doctor blades 19 and 20 are performed.
