To provide a removal device and a device for drying treatment which can provide cooling effect without frequent exchange of a filter.
A removal device for removing lint from dry air for drying clothing comprises: a housing having a first introduction port for introducing dry air, an outlet for discharging dry air, and a second introduction port for introducing cooling air having a temperature lower than the dry air; a filter element for filtering the dry air and the cooling air; a rotation shaft rotating in the housing; and an opening/closing mechanism which is associated with the rotation of the rotation shaft for opening and closing the second introduction port. The opening/closing mechanism comprises: a valve element which comprises a plug portion capable of shifting its position between a blocking position at which the second introduction port is blocked and an opening position at which the second introduction port is opened; and a cam piece which is connected to the rotation shaft and shifts the position of the plug portion between the opening position and the blocking position according to the rotation of the rotation shaft.
