Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently remove dirt, such as fingerprints, from the surface of an antireflection coating without damage even if it has uneven surface.
CONSTITUTION: A self-adhesive layer 3 is attached to such dirt as fingerprints 2 on the surface of an antireflection coating 1 under pressure and subsequently peeled with the dirt transferred to the self-adhesive layer to remove it. In this manner it is possible to remove the dirt that cannot be wipen off by chamois.
