Abstract:

PURPOSE: To inexpensively remove mercury in the high temp. exhaust gas containing not only mercury but also dust from a waste refuse incineration factory with high efficiency without using a special device.
CONSTITUTION: Mercury in the exhaust gas from a waste refuse incineration factory is removed by scattering fly ash collected in the waste refuse incineration factory into the exhaust gas prior to removing a harmful substance by passing the exhaust gas from the waste refuse incineration factory through a bag filter. Mercury in the exhaust gas from the waste refuse incineration factory is removed by scattering calcium chloride and an adsorbing substance into the exhaust gas prior to removing a harmful substance by passing the exhaust gas from the waste refuse incineration factory through a bag filter.
