Abstract:
PURPOSE: To safely and surely remove the titled substance contained in a dairy product such as milk, by allowing an enzyme to act on the mutagenic substance contained in the dairy product.
CONSTITUTION: An enzyme (preferably a peroxidase) is allowed to act on a mutagenic substance contained in a dairy product (e.g., milk, powder milk or yoghurt) to remove the objective substance.
