To provide removal plate cleaning method and device for a removal plate, inexpensively patterning a plurality of substrates highly accurately by using a reverse relief printing plate printing method.
For performing micropatterning by using a reverse relief printing plate printing method, a removal plate cleaning substrate 5 or a roller is pressed on a removal plate 3 where ink 12 of an unnecessary part is transferred to a convex part, and then peeled. The ink of the unnecessary part is transferred to the removal plate cleaning substrate side, and then the surface of the substrate 5 is scratched to recover the ink of the unnecessary part. Conventionally discarded ink is recovered without any waste. The recovered ink 13 is adjusted again to be usable for printing. Thus, a plurality of highly precise patterning substrates is inexpensively manufactured.
