Abstract:

PURPOSE: To remove remaining yarn of end yarn, by winding a small amount of yarn around empty bobbins, drawing the bobbins from spindles and raising them a little by an autodoffer, cutting securely suspended yarn which is connected from winding parts of yarn end to yarn winding parts of the bobbins at restarting of spinning frame.

CONSTITUTION: The winding yarn end 8 is wound 2W3 times around the winding part 4 of yarn end at the end of full bobbin, yarn of full bobbin is extracted, and the empty bobbin 9 is inserted into the spindle 6. The ring rail 7 is raised to the position of winding start, a spinning frae is restarted, yarn is wound around the bobbin 9 until the yarn connected to the winding part 4 of yarn end will not be extracted even if the bobbin 9 is pulled up from the spindle 6, and the spinning frame is stopped once. The lappet 12 is inverted, the bobbin 9 is pulled up by several mm by the gripper 13. When the connected yarn 11 in contact with the controlling part 3 is cut by the blade 1, the bobbin 9 is inserted into the regular position. Both ends of the winding yarn end 8 is made free, and scattered from the spindle 6.
