Title:
REMOVAL OF UNSTABLE SACCHARIFICATION HEMOGLOBIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3177863
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To quickly remove unstable saccharification hemoglobin even in the case where a large quantity of the hemoglobin is contained by adding several kinds of specified organic acid selected from maleic acid, malonic acid and the like to a specimen.
CONSTITUTION: A specimen containing stable and unstable saccharification hemoglobin, for instance, organic acid of one kind or more selected from maleic acid, malonic acid and the like are added to a blood corpuscle component suspension and the like of the whole blood and a blood origin, and the unstable saccharification hemoglobin in a specimen is removed. Addition concentration of the organic acid is about 1mM or more, particularly superior in an elimination effect of the unstable saccharification hemoglobin and preferably does not much exceed 50-150mM difficult to influence operation after the fact. In addition, preferably pH is prepare to about 5.5-6 and the denaturation of stable saccharification hemoglobin in the specimen is prevented. When furthermore boric acid is added in addition to the organic acid, it is effective due to elimination. In the case where a large quantity of the unstable saccharification hemoglobin exists in the specimen, this is particularly useful. The addition concentration is superior in elimination effect and about 0.4mM difficult to deposit is preferable.
