PURPOSE: To avoid the blocking of the mesh of a net cylinder with fallen leaves by providing a water supply tube above the net cylinder rotatably fitted on the intake port of an intake pipe.

CONSTITUTION: An intake pipe 1 is inclined from one end portion 1b of a closed cover form to the other end portion 1a, an intake port 2 is formed at the upper part of the end 1a side, and a net cylinder 3 provided with a cylindrical mesh 3' is fitted on the intake pipe 1. When water with fallen leaves 8, etc., drops from the water supply tube 7 onto the net cylinder 3 with a forward inertia and the net cylinder 3 is turned by the inertial, the water 9' drops into the intake pipe 1 from the intake port 2 through the mesh 3', and is supplied through the end 1a from the intake pipe 1 to a fish breeding pond (not illustrated), etc. On the other hand, fallen leaves 8, etc., are turned with the net cylinder 3 to a point and dropped on a fallen leave receiver.
