Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus capable of surely removing stains attached to the surface of a probe even an ultrasonic flow detector provided with a wave guide.
CONSTITUTION: A flaw detector 2 provided on a flaw detecting line operated continuously for transfer, flaw detection and delivery is moved out of the line by a truck 1. A nozzle 9 mounted on the tip of a probe cleaning device 6 mounted on another truck 8 is inserted in the center position of a probe 4. While a rotor provided with a probe 4 is rotated, high pressure water is jetted from a nozzle 9, so that stain like the scaled effectively removed by the high pressure water.
