To obtain a slime remover for removing slime which adheres to the inside wall of piping connected to a main sewage pipe without clogging the piping by coagulation and solidification of peeled slime when flowing away through the piping.

This slime remover is obtained by adding to surfactants a liquid extract citrus fruits in balsam alcohol extract solution which is prepared by immersing 2-5 pts.wt. of whole balsam flowers in 10 pts.wt. of an aqueous ethyl alcohol solution of 10 degree or higher alcohol content, and separating the residue from the solution.
