Title:
REMOVING METHOD FOR EARTH ANCHOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS57137523
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To remove a tension member, by fusing sulphur by energizing an electric heating wiere at the forward end of the tension member.

CONSTITUTION: Sulphur 3 is hardened between a forward end of a tension member 1 and sheath 2, an electric heating wire 4 is coiled at the inside thereof, the resultant work is inserted into a spot 6 where a hole is formed in a bed rock 5, cement 7 is poured, and the stretching material is anchored with a bolt 8 using a plinth 9. If the stretching material 1, which becomes unserviceable after used, is removed, it is pulled through fusing of sulphur by energizing the electric heating wire 4. A protection tube (polyvinyl chloride tube) 10 acts to cover th tension member 1 so that the non-anchoring part of the stretching material 1 is prevened from adhering to the cement 7, and a plastic tape 11 is wound around the tube 10 so that no gap between the forward end of the tube 10 and the sheath 2 around the sulphur 3 is produced.
