Abstract:
To provide a method for reducing free aldehyde in a dispersion, a suspension, an emulsion or a solution.
The problem is solved by a fact that the dispersion, the suspension, the emulsion or the solution contains a thioalkylamine or a mixture of these (for example, methylthiazolidine carboxylic acid, a thiazolidine carboxylic acid and a mixture comprising cysteine) represented by general formula I or II: [wherein Y and Z each represent a divalent organic group having at least two carbon atoms; and R1 represents an organic alkyl group or aryl group having 1-15 carbon atoms or hydrogen].
