Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable power supply to an external power system by suppressing output fluctuation in a renewable energy output system.SOLUTION: The renewable energy output system which includes a renewable energy power generation facility and a variable power utilization device and is capable of supplying surplus output to the external power system comprises: a control part which acquires generation power information by the renewable energy power generation facility and controls a power supply amount to be consumed by the variable power utilization device in the generation power. The control device uses output Pf that is obtained by smoothing time-series output P of the renewable energy power generation facility with a predetermined time constant and a predetermined function F defining Pf as a parameter to calculate power consumption Pe of the variable power utilization device from a formula of Pe=P-[Pf-F(Pf)](a maximum value of F(Pf)=upper limit power consumption of the variable power utilization device), and performs control for supplying the calculated power consumption to the variable power utilization device and supplying the surplus output to the external power system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
