To perform advanced treatment of sewage by surely separating solid from liquid.
In this renewal method of existing facilities of a sewage plant, sewage and activated sludge are mixed and aerated, and at the same time, by setting a filter membrane 5 in a bioreactor 1 treating the sewage, solid is separated from liquid, thus, a final settling basin no more in use is used as a first settling basin 6.
