Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide rental flocking mat in which extraction of threads of flocking piles of a patterened flocking layer implanted electrostatically in a mat pile face with an adhesive does not occur even on severe condition that the mat is repeatedly rented and washed and reproduced, which has high washing resistance, and the flocking layer of which is clearly embossed and stably maintained the condition.
CONSTITUTION: In a mat composed of a base cloth 1, tufted mat piles 2, and an elastomer packing 3 laid on the face having no pile of the base cloth 1, and a patterned flocking layer 5 which is implanted electrostatically on the mat pile 2 face with an adhesive, the flocking layer 5 is made of spun-dyed nylon flocking piles.
