Abstract:
To provide a repair method for a burner that can repair a damaged part by a quick and simple method even if the damaged part occurs in a burner body, the burner, a boiler, and a power generation plant.SOLUTION: A repair method for a burner comprising a cylindrical burner body 210 through which mixed gas including fuel flows comprises: a removal step of removing a predetermined portion including a damaged part occurring in a wall part 211 of the burner body 210, from the wall part 211 of the burner body 210; a production step of providing a repair material 240 having a shape corresponding to a defective portion formed in the wall part 211 by the predetermined portion, on a plate material 250 having a shape along an inner peripheral surface of the wall part 211; and a connection step of connecting the plate material 250 to the inner peripheral surface of the wall part 211 while the repair material 240 is located in the defective portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
