Abstract:
To efficiently and surely perform repair working forming a new concrete layer or a mortar layer by removing the deteriorated part of a concrete structure due to corrosion of reinforcing bars.
Concrete of the surface of the concrete structure 1 is chipped until buried reinforcing bars are exposed by a high pressure water jet flow 11, and rust of the reinforcing bars is removed. Then, water pressure is 40-90 Mpa, and a water quantity is set at 100-200 l/min. Water solution of nitrite is sprayed on the exposed reinforcing bars to be applied. Thereafter, the exposed reinforcing bars are buried, and mortar 17 is adhered so as to restore the chipped part. The mortar is sprayed on a face to be restored by compression air pressure.
