PURPOSE: To durably repair a pipe line without being inferior to an existing pipe line by adhering nonwoven fabric and nonwoven fabric to each other by pressing a belt-like reinforcing material impregnated and half-fixed in a multilayer shape by thermosetting resin in which fine powder is made to mixedly exist before an adhesive is applied to a water stop material filling part of a water leakage place of the pipe line and a peripheral existing pipe line part.
CONSTITUTION: A water leakage place of an exiating pipe line 1 is partially chipped and cut off, and a rupture surface is polished, and a water stop material 2 is filled in its cutoff part. Next, nonwoven fabric 4a of a single layer and nonwoven fabric 4b of a single layer are beforehand superposed on each other, and are adhered together by pressing a belt-like reinforcing material 4 impregnated and half-fixed in a multilayer shape by thermosetting resin 4c in which fine powder 4d is made to mixedly exist. An adhesive 3 is applied to a filling part of the water stop material 2 and a part of the peripheral existing pipe line 1. Therefore, a pipe line can be durably and strongly repaired without being inferior to the existing pipe line 1.
