PURPOSE: To inspect and stand a scaffold frame on the insert pin of a conveyor chain and continuously send the scaffold frame so that the scaffold frame can be repaired with a rotary brush and stacked with a turn table.

CONSTITUTION: A scaffold frame A1 is inspected and stood on the insert pin 2 of a conveyor chain, and continuously sent. The scaffold frame heated by a burner is subjected to surface preparation of cleaning with a rotary brush, sent to a nipping chain on a turn table C, and fallen in a designated position. The scaffold frame is then stacked by repeating the lowering by the rotation of the support screw of a raising and lowering table D while the upper part and lower part of the scaffold frames are alternately stacked by the half rotation of the turn table supported by the rising and falling table D. When the frame width of the scaffold frame is changed, the respective one-side positions of the conveyor chain, a nipping roller, the burner and the nipping chain, and the central axis position of the turn table are slid, and repairing and stacking are then performed.
