PURPOSE: To provide a repairing method of a container penetrating piping which can give a soundness to a defect to not only the inner surface of the piping, but also to the outer surface of the piping, when a defect is generated on the inner surface of the container penetrating piping.

CONSTITUTION: In a sleeve repairing method in which a metal sleeve 5 is inserted to a defect part on the inner surface in a container penetrating piping 3, both ends of the metal sleeve 5 and the container penetrating piping 3 are welded and connected, and the defect part is sealed with welds 13 and 7, a clad welding 6 is applied to the inner wall 9 of the piping 3 at the inserting part, prior to the insertion of the metal sleeve 5.
