Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform printing and erasure many times without accumulating refuse or dust on the heating element part of a thermal head.
CONSTITUTION: In a method repeatedly performing the formation of an image by performing at least one of the formation and erasure of an image on a reversible thermal recording material 1 changed in transparency in dependence on temp. by a thermal head 11, the heating element part of the thermal head 11 is brought into contact with rotating or revolving cleaning parts 13, 6 for a definite time to clean the thermal head to enable the repeated recording of the reversible thermal recording material.
